Jeff Marshall Lettering Workshops are designed for those who are looking to improve their casual and script lettering skills, to add flair and give this style of lettering character. You can be a well seasoned craftsman with minimal experience in this style or a newbie, either way Jeff will have you on track to producing casual and script correctly by learning the basic fundamentals.
The format of a workshop is uncomplicated, easy going, at the pace of the individual and in an environment where no judgments are made. The workshops are all about basic fundamentals of brush control and the passing on of traditional methods in producing these two letter styles. Day one is casual lettering and day two is script, only if the student feel confident enough to do so.

With the help of Skiltmaker Gundersen and special thanks to Grafill Tromso, with their extremely generous subsistence, the 2 day workshop is at a very affordable price, enabling those less fortunate to be able to attend. Workshop price is €145 for the 2 days.

The class is small with a maximum of 10 so it’s advisable to secure your spot early by getting in early. These workshops do sell out. 

All materials will be supplied including refreshments throughout the day - please make allowances for lunch though. Tools to bring will be a sign kit if you have one or a set of brushes and Mahl stick. Jeff will be selling his signature brush sets and brush stroke posters if you need them.
